What is Mac OS 9.2.2 Universal (2002 edition)? This is a Bootable Universal install CD of Mac OS 9.2.2, US English. Suitable for most G3 & G4 Macintosh models (not all of them). Mac OS CPU Software 4.9, includes the Mac OS ROM file v9.2.1 Note: This 2002 version is the best. For later G4's models such as MDD, please use this install CD ISO for unsupported G4's. What is Mac OS FU1-9.1 install boot CD (French, Universal)? This is a custom made Mac OS 9.1 install boot CD image, crafted from the original Mac OS 9.1-FU1 installer folder found on the Mac OS Anthology 2001 DVD #7. The installer is totally original/untouched. The disk image was made bootable by simply installing Mac OS 9.1-FU1 onto itself and blessing the System Folder. The CDR image was tested booting QEMU without any problem. Important note regarding Stuffit Expander bundled with this installer: If you're performing a fresh installation (not an update from an existing Mac OS version) then it means that you do not yet have Stuffit Expander, so make sure to click the PERSONALISER button on the left just before the installation begins (at the last step) > choose INSTALLATION PERSONNALISÉE instead of INSTALLATION RECOMMANDÉE on the line that says ACCÈS INTERNET > check the box that says UTILITAIRES INTERNET. This will install Stuffit Expander which is REQUIRED to decompress any type of archive, including almost everything you find on this website (.sit, .hqx, .bin, .zip, etc...) Architecture: PPC (any G3 model + the first G4 models before year 2002) Mac OS 9.1 allows for every PowerMac G3 and iMac G3 to boot, from the first iMac G3/233 Original Bondi up to the iMac G3/700 SE (Summer 2001). Mac OS 9.1 can also boot the first PowerMac G4 tower models from the Power Macintosh G4 400 (PCI) up to the Power Macintosh G4 733 (Digital Audio).
