SUMMARY
Beretta Mondatta is an interactive story about love and decapitation (but not in that order).
- Mac OS X & macOS names. As you can see from the list above, with the exception of the first OS X beta, all versions of the Mac operating system from 2001 to 2012 were all named after big cats.
- At US$29.99, it allowed adventurous Mac users to sample Apple's new operating system and provide feedback for the actual release. The initial version of Mac OS X, 10.0 'Cheetah', was released on March 24, 2001. Older Mac OS applications could still run under early Mac OS X versions, using an environment called 'Classic'.
When Beretta’s boyfriend cheats on her, she rips his goddamn head off. Heartbroken, but newly single, Beretta embarks on a quest to find new love. It’s probably not the best idea…
You, the player, can attempt to form a relationship with four eligible partners: a homicide detective, a drunk mailman, the mother of Beretta’s dead boyfriend, and a mysterious girl who also just committed murder.
Sometimes you find lasting happiness. Other times you get repeatedly stabbed in the stomach with a kitchen knife. It’s just like real life!
You can reach an ending in 5 to 10 minutes — finding them all takes about an hour.

KONOL Games (short for King of No Limbs) is an independent developer of interactive stories based out of NYC.
Its previous games include the existential horror comedy Kill Your Refrigerator (2016), the healthcare satire/punching simulator Banality Man(2016), and the ultraviolent dating sim Beretta Mondatta (2015).

Since we have been subject to abuse of our API from several large companies and smart phone app creators who have incorrectly implemented our API, we have essentially been DDoSed for the past few months. (and our SSL cert expiring *doh*)

We have tested the new site a few times during off-peak hours and the results are extremely promising! If you would like to help test our beta site, please Contact Us and let us know you are interested in the beta. We will get back to you with a link when the beta is live.
Our current site will continue to operate without the API enabled and once the beta site goes live, all (correct) API queries will be backward compatible with the new website.
